维生素E局部按摩辅治新生儿硬肿症的疗效观察

[摘 要]目的 观察维生素E 局部按摩对新生儿硬肿症状的治疗效果。方法 将58例新生儿硬肿症患儿随机分观察组和对照组，两组均给予常规综合治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用维生素E 局部按摩，对两组患儿的体温恢复正常时间、硬肿消退时间及平均住院天数进行对照分析。结果 观察组32 例，显效15 例，有效14 例，治愈率为81%。经统计学处理，差异有显著意义，P<0.01或p<0.05。结论 维生素E局部按摩辅助治疗新生儿硬肿症效果好，有利于缩短病程。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of part massage with vitamin E wlthin the treatment of neonatal scleroderma.Methods58 sick children with neonatal sclerode!rma were randomly divided into the obserctive group and control group.Theroutinecomples treatment was used in both groups，besides this，tlle obserctive groupwas added vitamin E which used to partmassage.And then the comparison and analysis were made respectively between two groups in the time of temperature recoveringto normal and scleroderma extinction as well as the average days of hospitalization.Conclusion 32 sick children in the obserctivegroup，15 sick children have significant effect，14 have effect the cure rate is 91%，26 sick children in the controlgroup.5sick children have significant effect，16 have effect，the cure rate is 81%.With statistic analysis.there were significan differencebetween two group(P<0.01 or p<0.05).Conclusion part massage with Vitamin E in neonatal scleroderma is effective，which can effectively shorten the course of disease.
