【摘要】目的:探讨用带股方肌骨瓣转位嵌入移植术治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折。方法：术前股骨髁上骨牵引使远侧骨折端下移、复位、臀肌松弛。术中先在直视下行股骨颈骨折手法复位，用2枚“AO”空心螺钉内固定，跨越两骨折端开一骨槽，于大粗隆后侧凿取一块与骨槽同样大小的带股方肌骨瓣转位嵌入骨槽中，骨瓣尾端用松质骨螺钉固定于股骨颈基底部。结果:经20~48个月随访，全部病例均骨性愈合，无股骨头缺血坏死，患侧髋关节功能活动良好。结论：带股方肌骨瓣转位移植术，因其血供丰富，且操作简便，损伤小，费用低，功能恢复快，是治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的有效方法。
