【摘要】目的：探讨发育性髋关节术后复发再次手术的手术方法和效果。方法：采用切开复位术、股骨旋转、短缩截骨术、Salter骨盆旋转截骨术、Pemberton关节囊周围截骨术、Zahradni ck+髋臼自体骨膜移植术及髋臼加盖术。结果：28例患儿通过再次手术治疗后全部复位。X线优良率为98%，临床功能评价优良率为85%。结论：再脱位的原因与髋部软组织、骨性组织病理变化；术式选择；操作失误等因素有关。再次手术的方法以联合手术方式为佳。
