【摘要】目的：报道不同类型岛状皮瓣急诊修复手部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法：根据手部皮肤缺损的部位，应用不同手部岛状皮瓣急诊修复手部皮肤软组织缺损58例。结果:除2例皮瓣远端部分坏死外，所有皮瓣均成活良好。术后随访3个月～2年，皮瓣血运、弹性、质地良好，功能满意。结论:不同类型的手部岛状皮瓣急诊修复手部皮肤缺损，具有手术简便易行、安全、效果好、并发症少等优点，值得推荐。
