【摘要】肺栓塞是指各种内源性或外源性栓子堵塞肺动脉及其分支，引起肺循环障碍的临床及病理生理综合征。作者综合16例肺栓塞的临床诊治情况作一探讨，以寻找其最佳诊断及治疗方案。
