【摘要】本文主要探讨运用桂枝麻黄各半汤治疗皮肤病的辨证指征及主要机理：头痛(项强)、恶寒；脉浮；局部表现见皮疹红热不明显，遇寒加重，得暖则减；皮疹及瘙痒主要见于背部太阳经循行之处。治疗原理为小发其汗以疏通太阳之经输、调和营卫，从而达到止痒之目的。
