【摘要】运用中医络病理论指导血管性痴呆的治疗。本文论述了脑的功能、脑络病变，认为其病机为肾(络)虚、血瘀、痰阻，且肾(络)虚为本，痰瘀为标。临床分3型施治：脑络失养、脑络瘀阻、痰滞脑络，并对其用药特点进行了分析。
