【摘要】焦虑性神经症是神经症的一种，主要症状是焦虑，持久不能解决的痛苦，社会功能受到严重影响，出现泛化和回避，持续时间长，大于半年。本文是运用认知领悟疗法、系统脱敏法治疗焦虑症的一个案例。求助者当前的问题是指向未来的不确定事件，主要是家庭贫困、考试不及格所诱发的焦虑情绪体验，同时伴有精神运动性不安和植物神经功能障碍，对正常的学习和生活产生明显的影响。经过治疗，求助者焦虑症状基本消失，能正常学习和生活。
