【摘要】目的：分析内侧巨型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的手术特点，提出显微手术治疗的要点。方法：15例巨型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤经改良翼点入路显微手术的资料。结果：肿瘤切除按Simpson'S法分级，Ⅰ级3例，Ⅱ级11例，Ⅲ级2例。结论：通过改良翼点入路显微手术切除内侧巨型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤，可以使蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的全切除率及治愈明显提高，手术中病死率降低。
