【摘要】从1995年起，我院胸外科对27例单纯胸膜纤维板剥脱术后及34例肺上叶切除术后病人，进行了间断负压吸引的积极治疗手段，结果证明，可使脓胸剥脱术后病人肺复张时间提前，不遗留残腔；可使肺上叶切除病人最大限度的减少残腔。无并发病发生，无一例再行二次手术胸改者，效果满意。
