【摘要】目的：探讨内镜下逆行性胰胆管造影(ERCP)对胆管梗阻疾病的诊断与治疗的价值。方法：回顾性总结分析我院2006～2007年间12例诊断与治疗性ERCP临床资料。结果：12例ERCP中，胆总管结石者9例，胆总管良性狭窄1例，十二指肠乳头括约肌功能失调l例；内镜下乳头括约肌切开取石(EST)9例，放置内引流管1例。结论：通过ERCP方法可清晰地观察胆总管形态，对胆管疾病的诊断，以及梗阻性胆管疾病病因治疗有重要的意义。
