【摘要】产后出血的主要原因是子宫收缩乏力，其次是软产道损伤和凝血机制障碍。在预防方面：①对高危孕产妇要做好监护，做好抢救准备；②分娩期要加强分娩监护与护理；③对有可能发生产后出血的产妇，可肌注或静滴催产素；④产后出血2h内按摩子宫，使用宫缩剂。治疗方法：①填塞宫腔；②血管结扎；③子宫切除。
