【摘要】目的：为探求中医药治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症的有效方法，探索中医药治疗途径。方法：采用补肾活血的补肾活血助孕汤治疗黄体功能不全性不孕40例。结果：治疗后妊娠35例，治愈29例，显效6例，无效5例，总有效率87.5%。结论：运用补肾活血法可改善和促进卵巢的血液供应，可激活和提高黄体功能。
