【摘要】目的：观察莲必治注射液治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻临床疗效。方法：将96例秋季腹泻,随机分为治疗组64例,对照组32例。治疗组采用莲必治注射液10～15mg/kg加入5%的葡萄糖注射液稀释静脉点滴，每天1次，对照组给予病毒唑静脉点滴。结果：治疗组的显效率和有效率均高于对照组(P<0.01)，两组轮状病毒性肠炎疗效比较，治疗组的显效率和有效率均高于对照组(P<0.01)有显著差异。结论：莲必治注射液治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻效果显著，毒副作用小,安全范围大。是治疗秋季腹泻的理想药物。
