【摘要】目的：通过探讨高龄患者的心理特点，提高护士的素质，加强护患沟通提高护理质量。方法：解决护患沟通中存在的问题及加强人文关怀以达到护患沟通的效果。结论：加强人文关怀及护患沟通是提高护理质量的关键。

    【Abstract】Purpose:By studying the psychological characteristics of aged patients,cve try to improve the quzlity of nurses ,the communication between patients and nurses and the quality of nursing.Method:Solve the problems in the communication between patients and nurses and improve the humane care to achieve the effect of communication between patients and nurses.Conclusion:Improving the communication between patients and nurses and humane care is the key to improve the quality of nursing.
