【摘要】目的：探讨过敏性紫癜患儿血浆中XIII因子活性变化在临床诊治中的意义。方法：选择35例过敏性紫癜患儿，男16例，女19例，年龄分布在3-14岁，平均8.5岁。采用单碘醋酸耐量试验和XIII因子定性试验，检测35例过敏性紫癜(AP)患儿血浆中XIII因子水平。结果：35例过敏性紫癜患儿中，有11例胃肠型过敏性紫癜患儿XIII因子水平明显低于对照组，两组资料比较有显著性差异(t=12.303, P值<0.05)。而24例非胃肠型过敏性紫癜患儿与对照组血浆XIII因子水平差别无显著性意义(t=1.921, P值>0.05)。结论：XIII因子水平检测对儿童胃肠型过敏性紫癜患儿的诊治具有一定的临床意义。

    Discussion of the examination of XIII factor in blood plasma for children sufferring allergic purpura

    【Abstract】Purpose: Discussing the meaning of active change in XIII factor in blood plasma for children of allergic purpura in diagnosis and medical treatment. Method: Selecting 35 allergic purpura children, male 12, female 18, age ranges from 3 to 14 years old, the average is 8.5 years old. Adopting MIA Tolerance Test and XIII factor Qualitative Test, examining 35 allergic purpura(AP) children with the activity of XIII factor in their blood plasma. Result: The activity of XIII factor of 11 children of gastrointestinal type among 35 allergic purpura children, shows obviously lower level than that of the control group and that of the children of the non-gastrointestinal type. The two compared group has a remarkable difference(t=12.303, P<0.05). However, comparing 24 allergic purpura children of non-gastrointestinal type with the control group in XIII factor has little meaning. The two compared group has little difference(t=1.921, P>0.05). Conclusion: The examination of XIII factor activity has certain clinical meaning in allergic purpura children of gastrointestinal type. ......
