【摘要】目的:探讨中药玄明粉、新针穴位法与现代影像学相结合对小肠疾病的诊断方法， 评价中医药在小肠双重造影中的作用价值。方法:对随机抽查40例患者均采用造影前2h口服玄明粉15g，造影用口服混悬钡60%W/V浓度350ml及产气粉9g，必要时选双下肢上巨虚穴位扎银针。结果:①口服玄明粉造影速度：20min全部小肠充盈30例(75%)；25min全部小肠充盈10例(25%)。②影像质量：优良率达95%(38/40)；病变显示率92%(37/40)；正常8%(3/40)。③针刺上巨虚穴能鉴别器质性与功能性狭窄，无一例不良反应。结论:中医药小肠双重造影的方法，操作简便、安全、无痛苦，造影时间短，图像清晰，明显提高了小肠疾病的检出率。
