【摘要】目的:探讨新发HIV/AIDS患者的免疫状况，为防治决策提供科学依据。方法:对新发HIV/AIDS患者进行CD4+细胞检测。结果:共检测102例，CD4+细胞小于等于350个/μl 64例，占62.75 %；小于或等于200个/μl 38例，占37.25%。结论:隆阳区新查出的HIV/AIDS感染者60%以上病程处于艾滋病前期和艾滋病期，应加强各类人群的检测力度，为患者能争取到治疗的最佳时期。
