【摘要】目的：建立筋伤活络搽剂的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法，为控制其产品质量提供依据。方法：采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中的三七、薄荷、栀子、没药、红花、白芷、姜黄制定了定性鉴别；对川乌建立了乌头碱限量检查标准。结果：薄层图谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论：方法简便、准确、重现性和分离度好，可用于筋伤活络搽剂的薄层鉴别质量控制。
