【摘要】目的：测定复方酮康唑乳膏中硫酸新霉素的含量。方法：用2,4-二硝基氟苯作柱前衍生剂，乙腈-三乙胺溶液(pH3.6)(80∶20)为流动相，检测波长为365nm。结果：测定线性范围12.5～200μg/ml[Y＝17582.8X+42140，r=0.9995(n=5)]平均回收率为99.7%，RSD＝1.39%(n=6)。结论：本法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高。

    Pre-column-HPLC method derived compound ketoconazole cream in sulfuric acid content of neomycin

    【Abstract】Objective: To determine the compound ketoconazole cream in the content of neomycin sulfate. Methods: 2,4 - dinitrofluorobenzene for pre-column derivative agent, acetonitrile - triethylamine solution (pH3.6) (80:20) as mobile phase and detection at 365nm. Results: The determination of linear range 12.5 ~ 200μg/ml [Y = 17582.8X +42140, r = 0.9995 (n = 5)] and the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD = 1.39% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
