【摘要】目前临床发生过敏反应大多是药物引起，其可发生于任何年龄组，给药途径以静脉及肌肉注射引起的过敏反应发生最为突出，临床表现主要为过敏性休克，大疱性表皮松解，过敏性紫癜，皮炎等，以皮肤系统反应发生率最高，笔者收集近年来国内有关药物过敏反应报道220篇(不包括有关不良反应文献综述)计241例分析归纳如下。
