【摘要】目的：探讨气管切开术在口腔颌面创伤中的应用。方法：对20例颌面部创伤患者行气管切开术作回顾性临床分析。结果：在口腔创伤中需要行气管切开术有以下情况：(1)颌骨严重骨折/移位；(2)颌面部/口内软组织严重撕裂伴活动性出血；(3)伴有昏迷/神志不清的颅脑损伤；(4)鼻口腔严重损伤不能作插管者；(5)血氧饱和度<90%，呼吸困难进行性加重者。结论：气管切开术在口腔颌面创伤中对患者的生命/生存质量具有决定性的作用。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the tracheotomy in oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods: 20 patients with maxillofacial trauma patients with tracheotomy for a retrospective clinical analysis. Results: In need of oral trauma in line tracheotomy in the following circumstances: (1) serious jaw fracture / shift; (2) and maxillofacial / oral soft tissue tear with serious bleeding; (3) in a coma with / Unconsciousness of the brain injury;(4) serious damage of oral nasal intubation for those who can not; (5) oxygen saturation <90%, breathing difficulties are aggravated sexual. Conclusion: tracheotomy in oral and maxillofacial trauma to the patient's life / quality of life has a decisive effect.
