【摘要】目的：浅析长期服用复方乙酰水杨酸不但产生成隐性，还造成胃粘膜的损害，导致多发性胃溃疡。方法：选择我院胃镜室2002年6月至2007年6月全部为朝鲜族的56例因服用正痛片致胃溃疡的患者运用序贯疗法治疗。结果：治愈54例，总有效率100%。结论：对患者进行宣传教育，严格掌握适应症，服用同时使用抑酸药或胃粘膜保护剂是预防的有效措施。

    Compound acetylsalicylic acid caused by multiple analysis of 56 cases of gastric ulcer

    【Abstract】Objective: Analysis of long-term use of compound acetylsalicylic acid have not only into a hidden, but also caused damage to the gastric mucosa, resulting in multiple ulcers. Methods: endoscopy room in our hospital from June 2002 to June 2007 for all 56 cases of Korean-Chinese are a result of taking tablets pain caused by gastric ulcer patients with the use of the sequential therapy treatment. Results: 54 cases cured, with a total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: The patients on the publicity and education, strict indications, taken at the same time the use of gastric acid-suppressing drugs or agents is an effective prevention measures.
