【摘要】目的：观察红花注射液与通心络胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：选择97例脑梗死住院患者，随机分为(治疗组)和脉络宁注射液加脑复康片组(对照组)。观察治疗前后临床神经功能缺损症状及实验室指标(血流变学，血小板)。结果：治疗组总有效率98%，对照组87.5%，治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血流变学，血小板数值等各项实验室指标明显改善，其改善程度明显优于对照组。结论:红花、通心络胶囊均有扩张微血管，降低血液黏稠度，改善血流变学，抗血小板聚集作用。两药合用，有效改善脑部血液循环，提高脑灌注水平，解除血管痉挛，减少迟发性神经元损害，改善脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损症状。两药合用为治疗脑梗死的有效治疗方案。

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe the red and injection-capsule effect of the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: 97 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two (group) and Mailuoning injection rehabilitation of brain-chip group (control group). Before and after treatment to observe clinical neurological symptoms and laboratory indicators (changing blood flow, platelet). Results: The total effective 98%, 87.5% in the control group, treatment group was significantly higher (P <0.05). After treatment, the blood flow changes, such as platelet value of the laboratory indicators improved, the degree of improvement is better than the control group.Conclusion safflower, Tongxinluo Capsule capillary expansion have to lower blood viscosity, improve blood flow changes, anti-platelet aggregation. Combination of the two drugs, to effectively improve blood circulation to the brain, raising the level of cerebral perfusion, the lifting of vasospasm, reduce delayed neuronal damage in patients with cerebral infarction to improve the symptoms of neurological deficit.
