【摘要】目的:探讨青光眼白内障联合手术对患者的治疗效果。方法:对101例青光眼合并白内障患者施行超声乳化+小梁切除+人工晶体植入术。结果:术前视力<0.1有90例，0.1-0.3有11例，术后视力>0.5有42例，占42%， 0.1-0.5有45例，占45%，<0.1有14例，占14%。术前眼压最高45mmHg，最低17mmHg，术后90眼眼压降到正常范围，11例术后经按摩眼球，或者滴用降压药，控制在正常范围，其中2例因青光眼处于绝对期未植入人工晶体。并发症主要是角膜水肿和虹睫炎。结论:白内障超声乳化术+小梁切除术+人工晶体植入术是目前治疗青光眼合并白内障的最佳方法。
