【摘要】我院从2000年开始在针刀临床加用“针刀液”应用治疗颈肩腰腿疼等疾病4000例(设对照组1000例)，结果：“针刀液”组4000例，总有效率98%。对照组1000例，总有效率70%。说明“针刀液”、针刀联合使用可提高治疗效果，减轻水肿粘连、促进循环，减少和预防再次粘连，减少局部炎性反应，减轻皮肤刀口及组织损伤感染，并且可以减轻疼痛，延长针刀穴位应用的疗效时间，减少针刀治疗次数，“针刀液”组合后还可以间接起到相应的扩张心脏血管血液循环、解除肌肉痉挛、减轻疼痛的全身治疗效果。只要掌握好适应症，可以在临床推广使用。
