【摘要】腹腔镜手术作为一种新的手术模式在妇科领域广泛被应用，其优点是维持机体内环境的稳定，对腹腔的干扰少，术后恢复快，减少住院时间。我院2007年至今共治疗异位妊娠20例，卵巢囊肿17例，不孕症2例，子宫腺肌症7例，子宫肌瘤8例，麻醉方式为全麻。术后6小时进流质饮食，可适当离床活动。住院平均天数均为5天，愈后效果佳。现根据整体护理特点，详细介绍妇科腹腔镜手术病人的围手术期护理。
