【摘要】胺碘酮是临床常见广谱抗心律失常药，长期泵入易引起静脉炎的发生。我科对15例该药引起的静脉炎病人进行原因分析，其原因：药物因素，血管选择因素，技术操作因素，微量泵因素，年龄因素，责任心因素。根据原因提出护理对策首先给病人以心理护理，同时，护理人员要对该药药理作用特点掌握，还要具备过硬的操作技术，同时按操作规程进行治疗护理出现静脉炎给与相应地处理。
