【摘要】护患关系作为一种特殊的人际关系是帮助者与被帮助者的关系，护患交往中出现的各种问题都与情感因素有关，本文旨在探讨研究护患交往中影响因素，努力化消极为积极，在护患交往中，护士为患者服务多同情、多体贴，患者对护士工作多理解、多信任、彼此重视和加强情感沟通，互相尊重密切配合，才能建立融洽的护患关系。
