2004～2006年我院抗高血压药物临床应用分析

摘要:高血压为常见的心血管病，除部分病人可找到原因外，多数为原发症，须长期进行降压治疗，临床多用口服降压药。轻度高血压注意饮食加强锻炼不需药物治疗，中度以上高血压或有心血管危险因子或已有心、脑、肾等靶器官疾病者应及时开始降压治疗。笔者通过对本院2004~2006年抗高血压药物的应用数据进行统计和分析，希望能为该类药品的合理应用提供指导。

【Abstract】Objective Objective hypertension belongs to angiocardiopathy. Most of the patient with hypertension have no cause except for a few of patients.Majority of patients with hypertension were of idiopathy . It is necessary for patient with hypertension to receive long-term antihypertensive therapy. Enalapril meleate can be widely applied in clinic. Mild hypertension do not require drug therapy . However ,reasonable diet and body exercise are necessary for mild hypertension . Antihypertensive treatment should be adopted in time for thosewith moderate to severe hypertention or target organ injury or the patient with impairment in target organs such as heart,brain , kidney ,etc. Through analysis and statistics on application data of antihypertension drugs from 2004 to 2006, it may be helpful to clinical reasonable use of the antihypertensive drugs. ......
