间歇性雄激素阻断治疗晚期前列腺癌(1)

摘要：目的 探讨间歇性雄激素阻断治疗晚期前列腺癌的疗效及副反应。 方法 回顾性分析晚期前列腺癌患者38例，分别采用间歇性雄激素阻断治疗(18例)和持续性雄激素阻断治疗(20例)，比较前列腺癌进展率和副反应发生率。结果 间歇性雄激素阻断治疗组的3年进展率和药物副反应均低于持续性雄激素阻断治疗组。结论 间歇性雄激素阻断治疗不仅能降低药物副反应，而且能延缓疾病进展，对晚期前列腺癌患者不失为一种较好的治疗选择。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect and side effect of intermittent androgen blockade for anvanced prostate cancer.Methods 38 patients with advanced prostate cancer were studied retrospectively, all patients were underwent intermittent androgen blockade or continuous androgen blockade respectively. The progression rate and side effect were analyzed.Results The progression rate and side effect were significantly lower in intermittent androgen blockade group than continuous androgen blockade group.Conclusion intermittent androgen blockade can significantly decrease the side effect and delay the progression of advanced prostate cancer, which is a good anvenue for patients with advanced prostate cancer. ......
