霉菌性阴道炎3种药物治疗方案的成本-效果分析

摘要：目的 评价霉菌性阴道炎的三种治疗方案的成本-效果分析，提供最佳治疗方案。方法 将我院门诊135例霉菌性阴道炎患者分为A、B、C三组，分别给予制霉菌素泡腾片、苦参栓、克霉唑栓，三组每晚均用相同中药煎汤熏蒸、坐浴后，置于阴道深处，观察三个疗程后效果，并运用成本-效果法进行分析。结果 三组成本分别为115.94,291.14,172.94元；有效率分别为100%，95.95%，97.78%：((P>0.05); 成本-效果比分为:1.16,3.05,1.77。 结论 A组为治疗霉菌性阴道炎最佳方案。

【Abstract】Objective To conduct cost-effectiveness analyses on 3 therapeutic regimensfor Colpitis Mgcotia.Methods A total of 135 cases with Colpitis Mgcotia were devided into three grops;Nystatin Vaginal Effervescent Tablets(group A), Kushen Shuan(group B) and Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories (group C),slip the suppository into vagina deeply after bathing with Chinese herb soup every night, respectively, the curative effects were obsened analyzed by cost-effectiveness method.Results The costs for 3 groups were 115.94 yuan,291.14 yuan and 172.94 yuan,respectively,the effective rates were 100%,95.55% and 97.78%,respecyively,and the cost-effectiveness rations were 1.16,3.05 and 1.77,respectively.Conclusion Group A is superior in terms of the cost-effectiveness ratio among the 3 regimens for Colpitis Mgcotica. ......
