吉西他滨加顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究(1)

摘要:目的 观察吉西他滨加顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 52例Ⅲb～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌，采用吉西他滨1000mg/m2,ivggt,d1、d8；顺铂30mg/m2,ivggt,d2-d4,联合化疗。结果 52例中CR+PR25例，有效率48%，主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制。结论 吉西他滨加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，毒副反应可耐受，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the near futur effect of gemcitabine and cisplatin regimen treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 52 patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with GP regimen:GEM1000mg/m2,ivggt,d1、d8;DDP 30mg/m2,ivggt,d2-d4.Results It showed thatCR+PR25 ,and the overall response rate was 48%.The main effect was leukocytopenia. Conclusions gemcitabine and cisplatin regimen shows more better for advanced non-small cell lung cancer,its toxic reaction was tolerable.
