颅骨成形术146例临床分析
摘要：目的 探讨不同颅骨修补材料行颅骨成形术的效果及术后并发症，为合理选择修补材料，降低手术并发症，提高成形效果提供依据。方法 总结146例不同颅骨修补材料行颅骨成形术的并发症及经验教训。结果 自体颅骨修补88例，吸收1例，吸收伴松动1例，皮下积液2例；硅橡胶修补37例，松动2例，皮下积液6例；钛网修补21例，过敏1例，外形修复满意。结论 采用自体颅骨回植为颅骨成形术的最佳，并发症少。否则，使用钛网板行颅骨成形术较为理想。关键词 颅骨缺损 成形术

【Abstract】Objective To analysis the effectiveness and the complication in skull plasty by using different repairing materials.To selectrepairing material reasonably,to decrease the complications,and to improve the effectiveness of the shape.MethodsTo summarize the experience of the past 146 cases of skull plasty.Results Based on 88 sase using auto-skull,1 patient had absorption ,1 patients had absorption and cinch,2 patients had fluidify under skin.Based on 37 cases using rubber repairing material,2 patients had cinch,6 patients had fluidify ander skin.Bsed on 21 cases using titanium web,1 patient had hypersensi tiveness,but contouring provided better feeectiveness.Conclusion using auto-skull is the best choice and complications was reduced too.or using titanium wine is more ideal. ......
