洛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化疗效观察

摘要:目的 观察洛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效。方法 选择伴有颈动脉粥样硬化的患者82例，随机分为2组。治疗组42例，服用洛伐他汀20mg,每晚1次；对照组40例，服用肠溶阿司匹林100mg, 每日1次,疗程4个月。于治疗前后用彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及斑块大小。结果 治疗组颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及斑块大小治疗后明显减小(P<0.05)，对照组治疗前后差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 洛伐他汀可以明显减轻颈动脉粥样硬化病变，可作为治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的常规用药。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of lovastatin to treat carotid atheroma.Methods 82 patients with carotid atheroma were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment groups ( n=42 ) was given orally 20 microgram of lovastatin every night, while the matched control group ( n=40 ) was given 100 microgram of aspirin entericcoated everyday for 4months.Results After four months of follow-up, the carotid artery inner-intermediate thickness and the speckle’s size, examined by the color Doppler, were obviously decreased ( P<0.05 ) in the treatment group, but there was no change in the control group ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion Lovastatin can obviously ameliorate the carotid atheroma. It can be served as one of the normal selections for treating the carotid atheroma. ......
