超声引导肺穿刺活检在周围型肺癌病理学诊断中的价值

    摘要:目的探讨超声引导肺穿刺活检在周围型肺癌病理学诊断中的价值。方法 29例疑为周围型肺癌采用超声引导下穿刺活检，并送病理检查。结果 29例病理确诊率100%，肺癌确诊率93.1%，并发症发生率6.9%。结论超声引导下肺穿刺活检技术能够安全、准确为临床提供周围型肺癌病理学诊断。
