钢丝加克氏针治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折

摘要:目的 总结克氏针加钢丝治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 对26例锁骨粉碎性骨折患者进行克氏针加钢丝内固定治疗。结果 26例均达到骨性愈合，6-12个月去除内固定物。克氏针加钢针治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折至今仍是一种简单有效而损伤小、副作用少的手术方法，但应注意术后不宜过早进行患肢剧烈活动。

【Abstract】Objective To summarize the curative effect of using steel-wire and kirschner wire to treat patients with comminuted fracture of collarbone.Method steel-wire and kirschner wire internal fixation was received by 26 cases .Result All had perfect bone union .Internal fixation devices was removed after 6 to 12 months .This operation method is effective and safe with less injury ,less side reaction to treat comminuted fracture of collarbone .But violent activity should not be too early after operation.
