脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理的效果观察

摘要：目的 探讨早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响。方法 选择脑卒中偏瘫患者79例，随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(39例)，两组药物治疗基本相同。观察组接受早期康复训练，对照组为常规康复训练及护理。2组患者分别于入院时及第30天后进行Barthel指数和Fugl—Meyer运动功能评分。结果 观察组Barthel指数和Fugl—Meyer运动功能评分比较有显著的差异性(P<0.01)。结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理，能有效改善其肢体运动功能和日常生活能力。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of early rehabilition nursing to limbs function and viability of the patient suffering from brain paralytic stroke and hemiplegia.Method Choose 79 cases with brain paralytic stroke and hemiplegia and randomly divided them into an observation group(40 cases) and a control group(39 cases). The medical treatment of two groups was about the same. Early rehabilition training were administered in the observation group,while the routine rehabilition training and nursing were given in the control group. Upon admission to the hospital and the thirtieth day of hospital,the two groups were respectively given a mark to Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer sports function.Results There were significant differences between Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer sports function(P<0.01).Conclusion Early rehabilition nursing to the patient suffering from brain paralytic stroke and hemiplegia can effectively improve limbs function and viability. ......
