    摘要：目的 探讨急诊科对妇产科急症患者的抢救护理方法。急诊科常见妇产科患者的抢救护理。方法 通过对妇科、产科常见急诊病种的病因进行分析。结果 对于危重患者来说，吸氧、建立静脉通道、监测生命体征及氧饱和度、导尿等这些都是必不可少的常用抢救护理措施，有区别的只在于吸氧浓度不同，输液滴速不同，使用药物的不同，血氧饱和度和缺氧程度之间的差异，临床上要根据不同病种区别对待，活学活用。对急诊妇产科患者心理护理也是必不可少的一项内容。
