    摘要：目的 提高对老年低血糖脑病的认识，降低误诊率。方法 回顾性分析18例以卒中样起病的低血糖脑病的临床资料。结果 本组误诊为脑卒中10例，精神障碍2例，误诊率66.7%。均急诊检查血糖后确诊，给予静脉推注高渗葡萄糖和持续静滴葡萄糖后症状消失，无一例死亡。结论 出现脑卒中后常规急诊检测血糖，及早诊断和治疗低血糖脑病，避免造成不可逆的神经功能损害。
