早产低体重及极低体重儿护理与观察(1)

摘要：目的 探讨早产儿、低体重儿护理措施。方法 针对88例早产低体重儿保暖，喂养、病情观察、及时检测生命体征，预防感染及减少并发症等护理，结果 2例治愈出院，25例好转出院，1例自动出院。结论 精心护理、密切观察病情，预防和处理并发症是提高早产、低体重儿存活的关键。
