    摘要：目的 探讨宫外孕的主要发病因素、诊疗方案及预防等。方法 对2005年9月至2007年9月，我院收治的68例宫外孕进行回顾性分析总结。68例均采取手术治疗，输卵管妊娠者大部分采用输卵管切除术。结果 本组无1例死亡。误诊10例，误诊率为14.71%。宫外孕与盆腔炎、附件炎及宫内节育器关系密切。结论 积极防治IUD妇女盆腔炎、输卵管炎，是减少宫外孕发病率的重要因素。做好防治宫外孕的保健工作非常重要。

    Clinical Analysis of 68 Cases with Ectopic Pregnancy.Yu Yue-mei.MianNing Second People's Hospital，Liangshan，615602，Sichuan，China.

    【Abstract】Objective To explore main etiopathogenisis 、diagnosis and treatment 、precaution.Method The clinical data of 68 cases with ectopic pregnancy treated from September2005 to September 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases had received surgical treatment.Most of fallopian pregnancy cases adopted salpingectomy.Result There was no death.10 cases were misdiagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate was 14.71%.Ectopic pregnancy have close relationship with pelvic inflammation ......
