    摘要：目的 了解住院患者抗菌药物使用情况，探讨其用药特点及合理性。方法 抽取出院病历200份，对抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 住院患者抗菌药物使用率为82.0%，应用抗菌药6大类17个品种，其中使用1~2种抗菌药物占96.9%，用药天数1~7d占57.5%。结论 抗菌药物使用基本合理，个别不合理现象亟待改进。
