    摘要:目的 通过对声带良性病变采用纤维鼻咽喉镜及支撑喉镜显微镜两种不同手术方式的比较，探讨理想的手术方法。方法 对98例声带良性病变，其中声带息肉60例，声带小结20例，声带囊肿10例，喉乳头状瘤8例，患者分别采用支撑喉镜显微镜法58例，纤维鼻咽喉镜法40例。结果 两种手术方式临床治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义。结论 对不能耐受全麻者，可采用纤维鼻咽喉镜手术，支撑喉镜显微镜下手术因符合微创原则，减少声带损伤，达到最佳手术效果，我们认为是一种理想的手术方式。
