急性肠梗阻9例临床分析
中图分类号：R574.2文献标识码： A文章编号： 1814-8824(2008)-8-0022-01摘要:目的 探讨肠梗阻手术疗效。方法 通过对9例肠梗阻进行急诊手术。结果 肠梗阻的治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗两方面，但应强调的是非手术治疗与手术治疗两种方法不是对立的，是相互联系、相互补充、相互支持的。老年肠梗阻病人是选择非手术治疗还是手术治疗都非常棘手，老年肠梗阻病人手术风险比较大。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the operation curative effect of bowel obstruction.Method Emergency surgery was performed on 9 cases with bowel obstruction . The therapy include two aspects : operation and non-operation . It should beemphasized that The two method are not contradictory . An interrelationship , supplementary and support with each other between the two groups. It is very difficult for intestinal obstruction in aged patients whether they accept non-surgical treatment or surgical treatment. Operation in elderly patients has very big risk.
