    摘要:目的 探讨胎儿神经管畸形的产前超声诊断价值。方法 回顾分析2000年6月至2008年3月作者在胎儿产前检查中发现的14例神经系统畸形的超声资料及临床追踪结果。结果 14例胎儿神经系统畸形中无脑畸形3例、脊柱裂3例、脑膨出1例、脉络丛囊肿1例、脑积水6例，其中单发畸形11例、多系统畸形4例。结论 神经管畸形超声产前诊断检出符合率高，在发现神经管畸形的同时要注意有无其他部位畸形存在。

    【Abstract】Objective Discuss the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal neural tube defects.Methods Analyses retrospectivly 14 cases of nervous system malformation before fetal prenatal care about the ultrasound and clinical data from 2000.6 to 2008.3. Results Among 14 cases of fetal malformation of the nervous system, three cases without brain malformation, three cases of spina bifida, one case of encephalocele, one case of choroid plexus cyst, six cases of hydrocephalus, 11 cases of deformities single, four cases of multi-system abnormalities. Conclusion The rate of neural tube defects detected with ultrasound prenatal diagnosis is high, neural tube defects are found at the same time to pay attention to whether other parts of deformities exist. ......
