【摘要】 目的 探讨股骨粗隆下骨折的治疗方法及疗效。方法 对18例股骨粗隆下骨折的患者采用微创原则，采用DCS固定。结果 18例患者经6~14月随访，随访病例均骨性愈合，髋关节功能锻炼Sanders评分优良率达92%。结论 采用微创原则运用DCS治疗股骨粗隆下骨折，固定坚强可靠，病员恢复好，适用于粗隆下骨折的手术治疗。
