【摘要】目的 浅谈宫腔镜的治疗体会。方法对118例患者予以宫腔镜检查和治疗。结果 全组无逆行感染和子宫穿孔，部分患者有程度不等的人流综合征反应。结论 宫腔镜具有诊断快、准确、住院时间短、无需住院等优点。

    Experience about 118 Cases of Hysteroscopic Surgery in Basic Level Hospital HOU Xin-wen.(Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics in Baicheng People's Hospital, Baicheng 842300,China)

    【Abstract】Objective To discuss the treatment experience of hysteroscopy.Methods 118 cases of patients with hysteroscopy were given hysteroscopy and treatment.Results There was no retrograde infection and uterine perforation, some patients had varying degrees of flow response syndrome.Conclusion Hysteroscope had the merits such as quick and accurate diagnosis, short hospital stay, without hospitalization and so on.
