食管癌术后乳糜胸治疗体会(附16例报告)
【摘要】 目的 探讨食管癌手术后乳糜胸的治疗。方法 回顾分析食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的手术与非手术治疗结果。结果 1020例食管癌术后发生乳糜胸16例，非手术治疗治愈8例，死亡1例，手术治疗7例，均治愈。结论 治疗应从保守治疗入手， 若保守治疗效果不佳，积极再手术是食管癌术后乳糜胸的有效治疗方法。【关键词】食管癌切除术;乳糜胸;胸导管结扎术
Experience of Treatment of Postoperative Chylothorax Complicated with Esophageal Carcinoma (A Report of 16 Cases) HE Jia-hong.(The Thoracic and Cardiac Department of Guang’an Municipal People’s Hospital, Sichuan 638000,China)
【Abstract】Objective To explore the treatment for postoperative chylothorax complicated with esophageal carcinoma. Methods We retrospect the outcome of operative and non-operative treatment for postoperative chylothorax complicated with esophageal carcinoma. Results 23 of 1020 esophageal cases had postoperative chylothorax .1 of 9 who received non-operative treatment died. All other 7 cases who received operative treatment healed well. Conclusion conservative therapy should be initiated for the postoperative chylothorax complicated with esophageal carcinoma. If the conservative therapy is not effective, further operation is needed. ......
