【摘要】胰腺疾病因其发病原因、发病机制等因素，除胰腺肿瘤、胰腺损伤等明确属于外科范畴外，重症急性胰腺炎等在过去属内科治疗范围，自1963年Watts等开展胰腺切除治疗胰腺炎获的成功以后，重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的治疗由内科转为外科手术治疗，随着医学技术的发展，胰腺疾病外科治疗的范畴扩大，胰腺疾病如先天畸形、损伤、感染、良性和恶性肿瘤及SAP的治疗方法也在发展，有些技术对治疗胰腺疾病的意义产生了较为深远的影响，但胰腺疾病的治疗仍然是外科领域未能满意解决的疑难问题之一。
